Hello and thank you for looking at our project. Our goal is to create a new corporate design to help market our high quality services. We have been in business for almost ten years and are in need of a “makeover??. The items created will be used for web sites, forms, business cards, letterhead and any other items we need for daily business and will be property of our company when the purchase process is complete. Specifically we are requiring the following:
1. Color pallet, several samples must be discussed. Alterations will be made until I am satisfied.
2. Create a corporate logo for our company. Must provide 4 samples to start with and make alterations on logo until we are satisfied. Samples will be provided as a stating point. File format must be agreed upon for final delivery.
3. Create stationary (Letterhead) in Word 2003 (.doc) file format. 4 samples to be provided with alterations until satisfaction are met.
4. Create business card designs and then customize for three employees. 3 Samples plus alterations are expected. File format must be agreed upon.
Please note: I am easy to work with and with some communication we should be able to simply meet our requirements and few alterations should be necessary. I am available on MSN, Google talk, email or by phone for communication. I will provide the winning bidder information on our company, samples of specific logs and colors we like along with support that may be required.
Please feel free to send samples of work with a watermark on it if necessary. We would like to see some previous work.
After we are done with this process we are going to be contracting for a web site on the RAC site. We will consider creating a private auction for the person who completes this project if they are interested.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
