DNS server

its fairly simple . We have a dns server on a UK VPS which i setup using bind which works great But i require one thats Smart i.e. with a white list for example i need it to be able to allow access to certain geo blocks kind of like [login to view URL] there smart dns I don't even mind buying a vps in the country that i need my clients to access by passing the geo block dns server that can beat geo block and white list Access via users IP address i will need http auth for example [login to view URL]@pass Please get back to me with a good price , I must add we re capable of doing this in house but we have not much time on our hands so please bid knowing you have a great chance of regular work with us
