Assistance in setting up Linux network
€6-12 EUR / hour
The IT department of a research center in Africa is looking for help in setting up and managing their IT network. The current network, based on Ubuntu Linux, needs to be set up anew, preferably on Xen Hypervisors. Iptables, DNS, DHCP, Postfix, Squid, Squidguard, Samba, Backup PC etc, need to be set up, for a network of about 60 clients, with a VSAT and an ADSL internet connection.
Also, we need advice on how to best manage and monitor the network and the internet connection, which is often slow because of limited bandwidth.
The center has IT personal and the assistance should be by helping the technician, eg. via chat and remote desktop, rather than setting up everything remotely.

Hi. I suggest you use KVM instead of XEN, and use pfSense for firewall/router, bandwidth monitor, QOS, DHCP server and multi WAN configuration.
Dear HRM; I have been working at Linux environment for 7 years. I am ready to install your server as you required. Thanks Mamun
