Ive setup several Hetzner servers and it is a little different there from other providers. You would need to first get 2 dedicated ips but they will not directly allocate them for nameservers so you need to bypass that a bit. After that you would need to configure your DNS zone templates with the new nameservers. Are you having a control panel like WHM/Plesk?
