I am a Canadian citizen interested in getting an American visa in order to legally work in the United States. My soon-to-be wife is also a Canadian Citizen but is currently finishing an MBA in the states and will have a one-year visa after she graduates in which she will be seeking a fellowship in the United States with the hopes of staying there after her term is done. I would like to be with her in the States and would like to know how I could go abouts doing so? I have 6 years of business management experience as well as 2 years experience in not-for-profit fundraising, I would like to be able to legally work in the United States.
