Convert web-site to Joomla with enhancements

I am looking for somebody who can convert my web-site to Joomla 1.5 with drop down menus and maybe help me enhance it with some cool graphics. My current web-site is [login to view URL] and joomla-1.5.3 is already installed. (see my attempt at [login to view URL] - I can't even get the menu right ) I am a complete newby on Joomla and I simply do not have the time to convert my site to this, so any seasoned experts offers are welcome. I do need to add a lot of information to this once the site and template is ready. On this page [login to view URL] you also see a scrolling menu on rates, I'd like to have this joomla-ised as well (I am sure there is a better and cooler way to do this). Also the feedback form is important to have, as well as the "my account" login (which we have already inserted in the JSN_Epic template - the one we most likely will be end up using - unless you have a better proposal). I like the drop-down menu from [login to view URL] (smooth scrolling and semi transparent) - I'd like that as well incorporated in my site.
