Build-a-kit worksheet for Joomla eCommerce site

I need to have a web-form built for my Joomla based eCommerce site, which helps my shoppers selects the correct product. The form should suggest certain products from the store, based upon how a shopper answers a total 7-10 simple questions. When a question (or sometimes two questions) are answered by clicking one of 2-4 radio buttons, the suggested product image, its price and a brief description should appear on the list. Typically there are 1 to 6 items accompanying an order. These items can be selected with 7-10 questions. In some cases there will be a choice of two proposed items in answer to a single question. As the list of proposed items is accumulating, the total price is updating at the bottom of the form. Each item should be displayed with a two-digit quantity-box capable user-selecting 0 to 10 items...maybe with a drop down. Each item also needs an "add-to-cart" option...and/or an "add-to-cart" option for the entire listing of all products. We might want to add freight charges too. Freight charges are based upon the total order value. (There are currently 9 brackets...but I probably need to add more). Although immaterial in the freight calculation...a zip code will be required before the freight is calculated.
