Dicing Bot Osrs

I need a old school runescape bot/program that will recognize commands and type that in game and the command is followed by an action. For example command #1 - !Roll - the action that proceeds will be that a dice is rolled and a number from 1-100 will be selected, there are three total commands needed for this program/bot, the bot needs to be scripted for a 3rd party runescape client such as osbot, tribot, or possibly simba. The program must also need a rig list, in which the names put onto the list can choose what number is rolled for with spaces after the command.
