Build a User customisable dashboard(user customized and save dashboard setting) website feature

I wish to accomplish the dashboard for below reference link, however we do not want to pay so much for the source code. You are free to use any open source tools to achieve the same result as below reference, please make sure you used the free code libraries or develop your own code. Please make sure there is no extra cost involved. Reference list: [login to view URL] The features we need from jdash are HTML Editor, Weatherboard, ChartJS, Sparkline, JVectorMap, AngularJS TODO, RSS and GoogleMap. Besides the above features mentioned, the feature also require the ability to save user's setting and automatically load user's dashboard setting while user logged in (yes, user authentication feature involved) As user authentication is involved, please try to show 2 kinds of user : Admin and user. The Admin role will have ability to grant general user an access right to each features. All users are able to save Dashboard setting and the preferred dashboard layout will be automatically loaded whenever a user has logged in to the system. Users will be able to set and save the below settings: 1. widgets position /order 2. widget's size (width/height) 3. widget's title 4. chartJS settings: chart type, chart interval, chart data source (allow to set json string), multi series supported, timeline filter. 5. Google Map settings: marker title(multiple marker supported), position, address...etc 6. JVectorMap setting: map type 7. AngularJs TODO setting: add new item to list, checkbox(checked if done) 8. dashboard properties: title, layout, group, description, color, view/design mode switching 9. HTML Editor setting: WYSIWYG HTML editor layout, color setting 10. Weather board setting: style, location setting
