Build a Plugin for RPG Maker MV

I need a Java expert who should familiar with RPG Maker MV (Game develop software) help me to build a Plugin, which allow me to use custom sprite sheet for walking sprite in game. Ex: sprite sheet in 12x4 format .... Note that this plugin have to compatibility with Yanfly Plugins.
