Adding Features to Sophisticated AJAX App

We've developed an initial version of what would be a very sophisticated AJAX front-end to one of our server-side engines, and need a HIGHLY skilled JavaScript developer to undertake further developments of it. To understand the current app and exactly what the additional features needed are, please see the attachment (includes mockups). Data will be exchanged with the server in JSON format, and appearance/disappearance of objects on screen should be with jQuery transition effects similar to those already present (as you can see in the attachment). We will provide you with the current code, as well as a sample input JSON. The input will be used for loading the survey tree as well contain booleans for each possible response, for determining which response should be followed by the "Additional info" step. You will need to set up your own server for testing, possibly a tiny PHP script running locally, so as not to depend on the uptime of our own server. If you successfully complete this small project, we will be glad to offer you several (considerably more challenging) jobs for feature additions to this projects, as well as jobs related to entirely different ones. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
