Apply a responsive HTML template to a PHP script that uses simple HTML/CSS

Hello, I have with me a PHP script that uses a very simple 2 column HTML/CSS template for its design. This design has 3 css files-- the first file defines the css for various elements like h1/h2/h3/table/p etc... The second file defines the same elements as the first, but for printing. The third file is used by the HTML /CSS theme to arrange the elements defined in the first CSS file, to make a simple 2 column layout for the helpdesk. Now, I also have with me a responsive HTML/CSS template. I want you to apply this HTML/CSS template to the helpdesk. So now the helpdesk should have desktop/mobile/tablet versions. This should not be difficult at all as the css of the helpdesk is very straightforward. Also I want you to also make a few more simple changes-- the responsive HTML/CSS template also has custom tooltips/message boxes and a simple WYSIWYG editor-- I want you to replace the existing simple tooltip/message box/WYSIWYG editor in the php script with the corresponding elements of the responsive template. The same type of tooltip is used in some pages of the helpdesk, so you can use a Text editor like TextPad to find all occurences of usage of the tooltip, and quickly replace existing tooltip with the new tooltip. Same approach can be used for message boxes. The editor is used in 1-2 pages only and I can tell you those pages. So this is quite easy work. Also, there is a login page in the new template- simply change the existing login page to use the new one. Finally, if you want you can split the above work into 2 parts (a) One part is simply applying the responsive template to existing php script so that all pages display correctly in different mobile/tablet/laptop/pc devices. (b) The extra work of modifying login page/tooltips/editor/message box can be created as a second project after the work of point (a) is complete.
