Add XML Sorting to existing javascript xml parser.

I have existing Javascript code to parse XML. The problem is, the current XML I receive is not sorted. What I need to do is take my existing javascript and add sorting of the XML before it's processed. They need to be sorted by the incident number. I've included a sample xml.
