Correct website to work with IE 6.0

Apply changes in css/javascript for [url removed, login to view] website to be fully compliant with IE 6.0 and IE 7.0.

Currently there are some problems in IE 6.0 with background space between widget title and its content.

For IE 7.0 there is a problem with dissapearing border of widget onload action.
