Clone you tube to intergrate in existing site

Hi I have got a sharing site under constrution. My web designer has to go for imp training so he is unable to finish the project because of his personal problem but i want to make the site live ASAP Please check the site under construction [login to view URL] My Requirements: 1. i am looking for clone feature of you tube to add in my sharing site. 2. user must be able to upload the video after log in 3. admin must have full control to approve or disapprove the content, please check the [login to view URL] for more info for admin section which i am looking for. i want video addition option for my site something same like [login to view URL] and you tube 4. Your script must fully compatible with my existing site and feature. 5. once the user log in they must be able to upload the video (as now they can upload the image, what i mean is same log in and user account should work to upload the video as well. 6. ad should display in the begining and button of video. 7. basically once the visitor clicks "watch video" menu in my site than you script will start so it is addition. 8. once we will agree for the job you have to integrate the script or feature and it should be fully working condition. please note the attachment is for photo view which will be implement later. any more info please contact.
