a program involving a gui interface

the project revolves around a graphical user interface that needs to be designed with linkage and implementation to an exterior database on a microsoft platform such as access using sql to retrive data. the programn needs to have a welcome screen with buttons that forward abd back to next and previous screens. the program needs a login process and data validation for security purposes - BUT the main idea of the program revolves around a voting sysytem in which voting needs to take place with the interaction of a database and gui user interaction. The documents provided below are the project guidelines and need to be followed to strict criteria - futher details and documentation will be provided when project is in progress.
