Develop Wordpress theme from detailed project brief and mockups.

I have a design for a Wordpress site that I will need laid out in valid HTML and CSS with a few bits of JS for animation. I have a very detailed project brief with mockups instructions and lots of relevant information. I will send that out to the folks who appear to have the necessary skills to complete the project. For a basic quote assume that you will be developing 5 different layouts from extremely detailed mockups and briefs and that after developing those you will need to work with me to verify their functionality during testing. I will not award the project to anyone without first discussing the project one on one with you via Freelancer's messaging system so if you feel the the price needs revising after you have seen the project brief that is fine. Here is what I need from you to select the right person: 3 (not 300) of your most well-developed websites sent to me via the bidding/PM system. An explanation of your work style and available hours. I work all the time but I need us to line up at least 50% of your work time so we can discuss the project as it progresses. SUPER SUPER SUPER IMPORTANT I will not work with anyone that does not have a Dropbox account setup and correctly functioning. I have a lot of files and documents to share with you, and I know that the development process creates a lot of documents. If you cannot manage to keep your computer syncing with dropbox during the course of development than you are not the kind of person that I am interested in working with. I will be putting 50% of the agreed upon price into Freelancer Escrow, and **releasing it immediately upon your acceptance of the project** this is so that there is no concern that you will not get paid for the work that I have access to through dropbox.
