Custom Image upload and colour swatch web development

Here are Functional Requirements. Primary Requirements 1. For a user to be able to upload an image and it to be shown on the site within a box 2. For a user to be able to set 4 points on the image and fill this custom area with a chosen colour (selected from the swatch below 3. For a user to be able reset all points and start again 4. For a user to be able to save the image on their computer. 5. Colours must be set and customisable by me. 6. Must be able to be integrated within an existing web page Secondary Requirements 1. I must be able to add new/delete colours where necessary 2. To be able to add more than one point and move them around Ideally I would like this to be done in Jquery or HTML5 buy MAY accept Flash. I have provided a very simple mockup of the software As the project is very short there will be no milestone dates, just the final payment at the end.
