css - modify existing stylesheet

We are searching for a CSS3 expert with at least 3 years experience. The project also requires proficiency in HTML. Javascript knowledge is a plus. Good communication skills in English is required. This project requires the modification / exploitation of an existing stylesheet to create a promotion in an online social media design platform. Platform training will be provided to hired freelancers. There is no graphic design required for this project -- just basic html and the modification of existing stylesheets. If we are happy with your work, we will provide ongoing projects. Hours needed will be dependent on client demand which we expect to grow significantly in the next three months.
