This project goal is very clear: I have a flash web interface that must be converted to html and javascript (jquery preffered) for i-pad users. The application/interface shows images taken on a specific day (selected bij a calendar) Current application can be viewed here: [login to view URL] The functionality of the application is: - read an xml-file with image and folder data : [login to view URL] - show current image (is update every 5 minutes) : [login to view URL] - show thumbs of today or the day selected in the calendar (if any) - show the selected image - scroll 24 hours forth and back in time and show thumbs (if any) If necessary code/functions from flash (actionscript) can be shared to speed up development. I'm insterested in this project. I'm planning to build it in python, using pyjamas to translate it to javascript. Pyjamas uses the GWT no jquery. The main reason to choose this is to have an easier to mantain code in python. I'm assuming that the thumbnails are stored somewhere on the server. If you need to generate the thumbnails, I would prefer o use some server-side solution. I've done more complex projects using similar technologies, but none of them are public. Please, feel free to request a demo in private.
