Convert layered PNG design to HTML/CSS

We require the layered PNG files attached coding into high quality HTML/CSS. No use of tables or old fashioned techniques, we need clean, modern html and CSS. The converted files will be put onto a bespoke CMS by our in house developers, so the quality must be perfect. If you can provide examples of your HTML/CSS and we can check this to see it is of good standard this will give you an advantage. We will not accept bids close to the upper budget, please do not bid this high - they will not be considered. This should be a very simple job for somebody with experience in html and css. Please check the visuals and you will see this is an easy task. Regular work will be awarded to the winning bidder if the work is of a good standard. We have 5 projects per week that require coding and are looking for a long term relationship with somebody to do very similar jobs.
