Banknotes viewer

I'm from spain so first of all apologies for my english :-) I have a local app developed in VB 6 long time ago and that work with an access database. IT is a personal database to manage my colletion of banknotes. I would like to check it with a sencha touch ipad application (cause i need it also to be accessible from iphone and android phone). i do not know how to do it, or where to start. The functionallity is easy: There are 3 tables: countries, baknotes and values (which is a list of details of a banknotes. So the countries have banknotes and the banknotes have Values. So I would like a list of countries in the left side of the window. Once you click a country you get the banknotes (list of templates) with a preview of the image of the banknote and 2 fields in the database. If you click in the image preview the image appears in big and if you click a banknote you get the Values of the banknote (which is a grid) That's all.
