copy directory tree, renaming paths and strings inside files

Java file which runs from the command line is needed. the code must provide variables to enter: old_name, new_name. Acting on the current directory only, copy the given old_Name directory tree to a new_Name directory tree renaming all occurrences, i.e. example: replace "d" to "k" any where it is found under c:\a\b\c and its sub directories. So, from: c:\a\b\c\d to: c:\a\b\c\k and from: c:\a\b\c\d\e\d\f\d\... to: c:\a\b\c\k\e\k\f\k\... and so on... Inside each file in each directory, "case insensitive find" old_name and "case sensitive replace" with new_name, so: find OLD_Name replace with NEW_Name find old_Name replace with new_Name find old_name replace with new_name and so on...
