Development of a simple command line tool that send messages to a special ID (FCM token). Should run under win7 64bit. Should have an config file where the authenification key is stored. Parameters to pass to the tool: TOKEN_ID,MESSAGE_TITLE,MESSAGE_TEXT. Please Note google server needs a SSL HTTPS Post message!
