Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts

We are currently just trying to gather some pricing information on how much it actually costs to contract out work. Could you get me a little bit of information on how the pricing works. If its based on experience level and if it is tiered. When you place actual employees on our project how are they selected? Would we be apart of that interviewing process? Thanks, Steven
