Develop new modules for management system in Java Spring

Updates to the system named "My requests". These updates consists of creating a module to add backup users for those who have "authorized" profile. The explanation can be found in the enclosed document.
This project has been develop with these technolgies: Gradle, Java Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate for backend. At the frontend we use bootstrap, html, css3, jquery, javascript.
We need this project to be done in less than 3 days. We shall provide all the documentation needed, with interface prototype, sql explanation and ERD design, java code of the system in production, gradle script to run it, and functional and requeriment specification documents.
We also need this project to be confidential, so we need NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) signed by the freelancer.
