I can do it in a day. Have some experience with RMI. We can keep talking and I can adapt the program to your needs during the coding. I have some classes ready for doing it, for instance a pair client-server that will serve as basis for doing this. I'll implement it this way: The clients will authenticate with the server and the server will keep registered a client repository. The server can intermediate the connections between every pair of clients or just provide enough information to allow the clients to exchange the files. The client who is receiving can choose the location for the new file.
