Create a software that can find and scrape local bands

Thanks for checking out my project. I am looking fora skilled programmer who can develop me a slightly simple software. The software should be able to: Scrape google to find bands and artists based on a geo location Provide a clean way to get Bands info (email, phone,facebook,twitter) Ability to export lists Ability to sort filter lists Clean Dark UI Design and user friendly.
