Betfair Application Required

I need a fairly simple application that will: Display todays matches and allow user to select one. Enter the amout they wish to risk and the price they require How long before the start of the event the bet should be placed (placing the best as soon as the match goes in play should be an option) Use the listMarketBook function to get the price for that selection that had the most traded volume. Do some other calculations and place another bet based on these calculations. The app should be multithreaded to allow it to monitor or multiple markets. You will need your own funded Betfair account to develop this application. I am looking for someone who will be able to develop this quickly, but at the same time it needs to be robust. The person should also respond to bug fixes etc in a timely manner. please quote the word agile in your bid to indicate you have actually read these requirements. The source code will be supplied and compiled by me (you wil provide instructions) and this compiled code will form the basis of my testing. I will also require you to communicate with me via Skype to solve any problems that occur during testing in a timely manner. I am open to Java or VB.net etc as the programming language. The important thing is the ability to quickly build a robst appication that isn't going to keep crashing while monitoring markets / placing bets etc. Finish this project successfully and there will be more work coming your way.
