Basic Java Application to Parse PDF File and Persist Data to Microsoft SQL Server -- 2

The application should be developed on Java 8, and takes as input the following credentials for a Microsoft SQL Server database: serverName = The address (IP or DNS name) to connect to; portNumber = The port to connect to; databaseName – The database name to connect to; user = The user account for SQL server access; and password = The password for the user account accessing MSSQL At the application’s runtime, a PDF document will be fetched from the following location: [login to view URL] Please note that both the DB credentials AND the PDF URL should be configurable properties in a properties file, named [login to view URL] that shall be uncompiled, and deployed within the application’s deployment folder. The application will download the PDF file mentioned above at runtime. Once downloaded, it will perform the following steps: It will determine the MD5 hash of the downloaded file. It will maintain an XML journal within it’s deployment folder that will include the MD5 of all PDF files downloaded, along with the date the file was successfully processed. After the MD5 has been determined, it will compare the MD5 value to the journal. IF the MD5 does NOT exist in the Journal THEN processing shall proceed, ELSE it should halt with the following log entry: ERROR: File MD5 value = [INSERT_MD5] which already exists in the journal. Original journal date for record is [Journal_Date] IF the file is new (e.g. the MD5 is not present in the journal) THEN the application will parse the file based on the rules shown in the specification. Once parsing is complete, the application shall persist the records into the designated Microsoft SQL Server database.
