convert an iphone app to an android one

We have developed an application for iPhone based on the use of some of the major social networks, what we do in the application can be done using the API provided by the various social networks, and what can not be done through the available API, it is done through HTML parsing and scrubbing, of course, always staying within the limits provided by the legal restrictions on the use of social networks. Other know-how, required: make the graphic aspect(animations and aspect), use of GPS, use of the accelerometer, interfacing with a local database, JSON communications with a remote server.
