Contact Back-up Brief I need a mobile phone back up app developed. The app must be able to be downloaded to the following OS’s, Java, Symbian, Android and Blackberry. Requirements • Customer must be able to pay for app via USSD code (if this is possible) or via premium SMS if possible. Since most customers in current market are on prepaid this service cannot be billed to them directly. • Customer should be able to download straight to mobile device • Customer must be able to choose pin # during setup • Unique identifier for the customer is the phone number • App should be able to determine phone number from Sim card • App should be able to parse from the mobile device and sim card all contacts and sync then to an online server • App should be able to sync every 24hrs, 3days or 1week • Customer must be able to choose whether sync is done automatically or manually • Customer should be able to view contacts on a web portal • Website view should include, First Name, Last Name, phone #1, phone #2, phone #3, email address • Customer must be able to export list to CSV file • Logon to website should be customer phone # and pin # entered on initial download of app DB manipulation and support • Backend can be handled via web-portal. Eg giving particular phone number free month of usage, deleting customer, or adding customer Source code should be handed over by developer upon successful completion of project.
