Custom t-shirt website clone

I'm looking for someone who can clone the following web site: [login to view URL];affiliate=2556. This will not be a t-shirt website, but the customer needs to be able to manipulate the product in almost an identical manner. The following functions must be available to the customer: upload graphics from his/her own computer and adjust their size; add pre-made graphics/clipart to the project and change their size and color; add text and select its size, color, and/or font; alter background color (like the t-shirt can change color); position text and graphics anywhere and rotate on an axis; move the text and graphics around by clicking on the object with the cursor and dragging it to the desired location; increase/decrease object size by using the cursor and clicking on the corner of the selected object’s highlighted box. In short, I need to have the same functionality as the above website but instead of t-shirts it will be a different product. Please review the website carefully to see if you are able to program such a site. Only bid if you have the capability to clone this site exactly. Please give me the url’s of sites that you have previously programmed similar to this one as this will largely determine who I will choose. I will provide more information about the project to those who have programmed sites similar to that above.
