I need someone to build me a website where customers can play the card game cribbage against one another. The site needs to be built for tournement play and one on one play. It will either be downloadable software or java or flash that can be played without a download. Each player will need an individual account. The site must be set up to take payments and make pay outs. I am not sure if this type of site will need to be run on a deticated server or not, if someone could help me out with this project let me know.
