Change HP Jornada 568 PDA Language From French to English

I have a lot of HP Jornada 568 Handheld PDA, where the language is in French. I want to change the language to English by using the firmware update, but the PDA is too clever to run the English Firmware alone. I need someone who can adapt or rewrite the French, firmware where it will run and the language will be English upon rebooting. I can provide the firmware updates in both French (current version) and the English version via email (also available on the HP website). Since the PDA's are of low value even for resale, I will only consider bids under $100 for this project.
