Custom Radio App with 4 Channels

We're trying to build custom radio apps for both iOS and Android devices. The App will have four bottom menus connecting to each main services. (Radio, Chart, Favorite, Forum) Details for each service follows : 1. Radio (First page when the App loads) Hitting the bottom Radio menu will bring out a menu page with 4 channels. Hitting a channel should bring up a page for the channel and corresponding streaming audio. Meta-Data should be pulled from either an icecast or wowza stream and/or an mySQL DB for SAM Broadcaster. The page should display pulled Album Art, Album Title, Artist Name, Song Title & Volume Control. The page should display four buttons. (Add to Favorites button for future reference, Buy, Share and Play/Stop button) Users should be able to check previous songs that were played and one sone that is to be played next. (SAM MySQL DB for each channel is already on the web) 2. CHART Hitting the bottom Chart menu will bring out a menu page with titles for different charts. Each chart will be made within a customized web-board by the Administrator through web. The App should be able to pull the data from the web-board and display the most current chart. The chart must be able to be shared by email/facebook/twitter. Each song being displayed on the chart should have its own Favorites, Buy, and Youtube Link button. 3. Favorites Hitting the bottom Chart menu will bring out the user's custom favorites list. Each song being displayed on the Favorites should have its own Favorites, Buy, Share & Youtube Link button. 4. Forum Hitting the bottom Chart menu will bring out the user's custom favorites list. It'll just be a link to the mobile versions of the web-board. I'm thinking about hiring another developer for the web though. Oh, and I would need you to sell me every source codes since we'll have to update it many times.
