We need a library to be integrated with our mobile application for java enabled phones. There are following requirements: 1. Displaying a coded image for a 20 digit number on the mobile screen. 2. Scanning the coded image with the camera like function of Mobiles and decode it to get the original number. This should be done using EZcode Symbology. This should be tested for most of the mobile screen sizes. If the scanned image is invalid , it should give appropriate message. The code quality should be good, we would like to conduct a code review.

I've checked the specification EZcode, it uses a error detection mechanism to encode max 76 bits using 83 bits of hamming distance 3. I can generate your code by modifying an open source QR code library for J2ME MIDP2 profile. Best regards,
