Develop Email List for my business

Our company is a fast growing dance product supplier based in Toronto, Canada, we provide different of ballroom dance shoes, latin dance shoes, salsa dance shoes, tango dance shoes and related dancewear. We are looking for a freelancer that can offer us lists that contain e-mail contact information for the audiences we have described above, including dance schools, dance clubs, dance stores, dancers... These e-mail contact lists must be clean and recent. And we need to the email list including all retail dance stores or schools within some of our specific websites, fox example: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] We are looking for e-mail lists that total over 1 million e-mail addresses. These e-mail lists can be from any of the audiences we have described above. But email list need to specify country of the audiences in excel file. We are looking for a long-term relationship with a company that can supply us with e-mail addresses from these audiences on a regular basis. But for now, we are interested in a quote for an e-mail contact list containing 1-million or more e-mail addresses. If you have the capability to do email marketing, we would like to know about that also. We might ask you for a quote on doing the email marketing for us, in addition to furnishing us with the e-mail contact information.
