Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

Help me design a test ad campaign for a start up IDEA. There is currently no website, or app to market, just a theoretical "price matching service". We will help customers get money back for purchases they've made previously when the price of the product goes down. I need 1) a banner ad 2) a place or places to put the ad for optimal effect, 3) a follow up email sent to the prospect following their response to the banner, and 4) a single product purchased from a single merchant on which to make a price match offer. 1) The banner ad Needs a clever graphic (cartoon, image, etc), a one line statement that captures the value to the customer, and to collect an email address from the prospect. 2) Placement Needs to be located at a "point of purchase site" (such as [login to view URL] if the product is electronics) or follow the purchaser via retargeting 3) Follow up email Needs to request the prospect to submit purchase order details for the item for which we advertise the price match offer (by forwarding their order confirmation from the merchant from which they purchased the item) by emailing to an email address we will provide later. 4) Single product You must provide five product candidates with which we can test this service. Attributes of good product candidates include: a) average sales price above $200; b) it has high price volatility (use price trackers to check price history); and c) it is commoditized (meaning the same model number is used for the product wherever it is sold, and it is not a unique product sold at one merchant only). Likely categories will be branded electronics, appliances, furnishings.
