Craigslist poster needed on an ongoing monthly basis

I am looking for someone to be able to post about 25-50 ads per day on craigslist in the real estate services section. I have experience doing this in the past but am really looking for someone else to handle this for my company. I have many many variations of ad copy for posting and this section does require PVA's. I would prefer to have the individual that does this for me provide and handle the PVA aspect too (I will pay for them of course) but if needed, I could purchase them and provide them to the worker.
It is also important that the ads are not ghosted after posting (I understand some will). Should anyone have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
This will be work on an on-going monthly basis and I need someone that can handle this important task for me.
