Assist me with email marketing

We are planning a long term E-mail (and Internet / social media) marketing campaign. It is a cultural service for companies and institutions over the world. We are planning to start with small test e-mail campaigns sending personified e-mails (to personal e-mails and containing custom fields of name of insititution and name of the person) to chief officials (~100 - 500 - 1000 e-mails per campaign) of different countries, cities, fields of activity. It is “non-commercial” and “non-proft” type of unique and attracitve service (though to be profitable in the end), so very high opening rate should be achieved. Or, if you would like to suggest different type better approach than bulk e-mail, then welcome. Your task is to > send ~100 personalised e-mails (we will provide the list) > send ~500-1000 personalised e-mails (we will provide the list) > Along the process consult us about the main principles, options etc of E-mail marketing. E.g. which system to use, as probably setting up an e-mail marketing system is required already for the first tests. We should have access to the system - to use it ourselves or order the service of next campaign e.g. from you. Any proactive advice concerning Internet marketing is also welcome. More details later
