1. 120 ads to be created -
I give you the words and the pictures -
If you know how to use Postlets then you can use that to create the ad . To see what a postlet ad looks like -- go to the link below and you will see one of our rental ads where postlets was used :

So , now I need you to give me a bid as to what will you charge me per ad to create each ad.
Since we have 120 ads your bid would be the cost you are charging per ad times 120 ads.
2. Now I want you to tell me what you will charge me to post on craigslist per ad
Each day it will be 40 ads so it will be the cost to post per ad times 40 per day.
I want the bid to be based on a daily bid of 40 ads.
3. Since we have 120 ads that you created and we want to post 40 ads a day..how does it work...
we will use 40 ads on day 1 and post them...
then on day 2 we will post the next 40 ads...t
hen on day 3 we will post another 40 ads...
now we start and use again the 40 ads we posted on day 1 we can post them again...
If you have a better suggestion I am open to better ideas for Craigslist postings ..
You need to be experienced because if the ad does not appear on Craigslist, ghosting , you wont get paid.
Rentals of apartments - look at that section by using the link I gave you above - housing and rentals are not
a simple job to place.
I am looking to start right away.
I will pay you daily on Paypal - you will give me list of the ads and I will check them to be posted and you will get paid the same day...This way you know you are getting paid and I know that the ads are appearing...once we create a working relationship you will get paid weekly on paypal.
I want to be sure that a person knows what they are doing....so I will start with hiring 2 people and have you post 20 ads and the other person post 20 ads daily...if you are successful then I will give you enough business to keep you very very very busy.....but first show me that you know what you are doing...
