Assist getting 100 REAL sign-ups to site

Seeking help in getting 100 USA based sign-ups to a new website that gives away free music. The site does not require credit cards, or personal data, only an email. [Posting of contact information or links to contact information is strictly prohibited - Freelancer.com Admin] BUT... the sign-ups must be from real people. We have been through many situations (Scams) where people have helped us get sign-ups but they are not real. We need real people. I cannot stress this enough. Please do not bother to bid if you cannot offer real sign-ups. Also, please include your ideas to get these sign-ups. Our site will operate like this: 1- person signs up 2- every day (Mon-Fri) we select winners and give them free, legal,mp3 songs. 3- if they win, we will email them notification. 4- they download the song they want from [login to view URL] NOTE: If the winners are not USA based, Amazon will not let them download due to copyright issues, so it's essential that the sign-ups are real, USA based people. The site will also have other music related content. We will send out weekly newsletters with ads, which is how we will benefit, long term. We expect to give away 10,000 or more songs the first year. Obviously the more sign-ups we get the more music we will give away. We realize that the amount we are offering may not lead to huge numbers of sign ups, but we want to establish a relationship with someone and see if they can deliver. If so, we would like to start another, larger project.
