• Command over IT Asset Management and Vendor Management.
• Insightful knowledge of Systems Administration including disk quota and space management, user management, disaster recovery management, back up & recovery, and patch upgrades under Windows environment. Knowledge on remote administration software like Windows 2000 Terminal service, PC Anywhere.
• Familiar with enterprise application software like: MS-Office, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes Client, Internet Explorer applications.
