Advertisers and publishers

We are working on building new ad network that will be CPC. We are looking for Advertisers, Who can afford to find us advertisers that will advertise with our network. Will pay 15% of every order advertisers will make. Minimum payment is 10$. As we share revenue of 70% and the 10% of advertisers pending will be yours and 10% will be for us and our server supports. Also we need Publishers that will share revenue. As i mentioned before our network is CPC so we will pay for every Click. Revenue share will be 75% And we will pay 10% for every publisher you will bring us. Who can bring us advertisers and publishers bid on this. We really need some one can work on this.
