back links to improve my keywords rankings.

Hello I am looking to make a seo campaign to improve my keywords. I have about 30 keywords to push up,and looking to hire more than one freelancer. the job should be with the following: 1- all white hat backlinks,no robots or automated scripts. 2- all links should be approved in PR+2 at least. 3- posts should come from different ips in a clean way. 4- some keywords are in english,some other keywords are non-english (arabic keywords). 5- please specify how many links you will make for me. 6- please specify how many keywords you will work on. 7- mention estimated target for the keywords after project ends. Terms: - all non working links will be replaced. - all links coming from less than PR2 will be replaced. - you should understand what you are doing. -not more than 14 days to finish the project. - you should know that you are working in non-english keywords. more than one bidder will be selected. please post your bids and PM with the details needed.
