Low level link Building for 3 sites

I have 3 websites that I want some links for. White hat techniques only A variety of link types for each website (High quality blog comments PR5 or 6, directory submissions, social bookmarking, etc.) Links should meet following conditions: - with anchor text (we can provide a few variations for each site) - linking site (not domain!) PR2+ - linking page shouldn't have more than 30 outgoing links - links have to be placed within the content and in the the first article and paragraph of the linking page - 80% of links have to be do follow - links have to be permanent - linking sites have to be indexed - acceptable categories of linking sites are travel, history, activities - only English language sites. - 70% should be from .[login to view URL] sites NB! I will accept only high quality links, so please don't bid if you want to offer links with low PR and on mixed sites. I would rather you bid for a low number of high quality links than a high number of low quality links This is a low budget test, but if you complete the project well we will have further seo work in the future. Please state your price and how many of each type of link you will build for the price. The budget needs to be £30 or less. Please do not bid if over this amount.
