Daily traffic adsense safe

I have posted this project twice and had two negative experiences. First freelancer got no traffic. Second freelancer took my money and traffic stopped as soon as the project was over. Would not respond to any messages etc. I have a niche website that I need white hat adsense traffic for to make a daily income of £20+. Must adhere to all google terms. Having been burned before I will not be releasing any payment until income reaches £20+ for a period of 30 days so serious bidders only. If you are legit then this shouldn't be a problem. The fraudulent freelancer was pushing for milestone releases and then cut and run. Please explain your methods and examples of previous work. All traffic must adhere to google terms - any problems from adsense and no payment. The site has been made so there is no need to tell me to register domain and you will develop the site. It has been done. If you can add extra content to the site then that could be good but details will only be given to chosen freelancer. I am happy to make a milestone but will not release until results are shown. Please don't bid with a one day offer, I am looking for daily visitors not a one off. thanks
