Consulting about link to site to have in mass email sending

We are going to send a series of 150 emails in large quantities (non-commercial ones). the emails point to a web page that does not look commercial, more like with a game of words and book covers with messages. We need advice about what link to have in the mail, since we do not want to have the domain blacklisted, and we don't want the link to be recognized and have the emails marked as spam. we need also a system that check the emails score, not just words with high score of spamming, but also word combinations (sa and bayne). please bid only! if you are specialist on the subject and has the system to check the emails, and knows for sure the material!!
