Blog commenting required

Hi, I'm looking to hire someone to do SEO for a number of my websites, however the SEO will only be in the form of blog commenting. You should ONLY APPLY if you speak a high level of English and you are prepared to make constructive and meaningful blog comments - this is a must - it doesn't mean you have to spend a whole 10 minutes on a single comment, but just make sure you are going to add value. 90% of blog comments should be do follow. Also it would be preferred if at least 40% of the blogs being commented on were in the same or at least similar niche to the website you're back linking for. You also must have feedback on your oDesk profile, I'm not interested in working with people who have zero or bad feedback - sorry for any inconvenience. I'm looking to pay 20 cents per approved comment, however there may be room for negotiation depending on certain circumstances such as your level of English, tactics for gaining backlinks and so-forth.
